Project Description

The 1010 Rincon Circle building received an exterior renovation and amenity addition prior to securing full building with QCT. The project was designed by Studio G Architects and incorporated increased glass line around the entire first floor of the building, highlighted by full height stacking sliding glass doors leading out to a newly constructed patio complete with poured in place concrete walls with Corten steel louvers, water feature, BBQ, outdoor audio and premium landscaping. The building was expanded to create a new two-story lobby space with a glass curtain wall entry, visible as guests approach the building from Rincon Circle.
